Ordering Products
You may place an order by filling in the Order Form on our website.
We will issue you with an Order Number by email after we have received your offer to purchase the product(s).
We will notify you when we process your order by sending you an Order Confirmation via email.
If for any reason whatsoever we cannot process or accept your order after payment is received, we will contact you by email or telephone.

Payment Methods
We only accept payment through VISA or master card.
Payment will not be processed until we receive all the relevant information.

Delivery of Products
Order acknowledgment, confirmation of product availability, and shipping tracking information will be provided to you via email after your order is processed.
The estimated delivery times are in working days excluding public holidays. Normal delivery is within 7 to 14 working days from the date of payment of your order.
We make every effort to deliver your product within the estimated delivery time. The actual delivery times may change due to changes in supply or circumstances beyond our control.
If your product(s) have not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us. Please refer to our shipping Statement on this website.

Exchange and return policy
If within 7 days of receipt of your goods you wish to return them for a refund, and before that, please e-mail us at pandorabraceletscharmstheone@gmail.com to get return address. They need to be returned with their original packaging and we will be happy to exchange or refund. But goods will only be accepted for a return if they have not been worn, damaged or altered. Please contact us via e-mail prior to your purchase if you have any doubts or queries regarding any of the products or their sizing.
All costs associated with the return of goods are the sole responsibility of the consumer. The original shipping costs are not refundable.
If you realize you have made a mistake and want to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Since we ship quickly, it may not be possible to stop your order so please follow the instructions for Returns in those instances. Buyer is responsible for the shipping charges to return. The $12 shipping fee and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount, so please contact us with all your questions and concerns before placing your order. The refund will be posted to your credit card account within 5-10 days after we received the returns.
Exchanges are only allowed for the items which are defective or damaged upon receipt or the items do not fit and are not subject to a restocking fee. Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery and the customer is responsible for shipping charges to return. All items can only exchange for equal price replacement, please be aware that we will issue the replacements only after your returns have been received.

Defective and damaged items
If you should receive an item you have ordered that is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible. Our personal shopping consultants will help you resolve any issues as quickly as possible by delivering another item, replacing your order or refunding the amount paid.
