1.Are these Pandora jewelries authentic?
Yes, all our Pandora jewelries come from Pandora Hong Kong Distributors, 100% Authentic. Exactly the same as the jewelries in Pandora US stores. If you took the items that you purchased to the local jewelers and were told that they were not worth, we will Fully Refund you money. The preferential prices of our products are relatively lower due to the fact that we are the direct distributor of Pandora authorized manufacturer. Our products have already been sold for such a long time and the overwhelming majority of our customers are extremely satisfied with them.

2. How much postage will be charged for each order?
$12 shipping fee for each order. However, It will be free shipping if the order is over $89 totally.

3.How long will it take my order to be processed and delivered?
Once you had submitted the order, it would normally take 1-2 working days for us to process the order and 7-14 working days to deliver via FEDEX. However, we are sorry that we currently do not offer overnight delivery.

4.How to make sure that my order is finished?
Once you had placed an order successfully, a confirmed letter including your order information would be provided by system automatically.

5. What should I do if I never receive the parcel?
After we provide tracking number, you should track the items online frequently to avoid troubles caused unconsciously in the delivery process. You can email our customer service department directly on the lost parcel and we will check it for you. Once we are convinced that the items were lost indeed, we will arrange a new shipment or refund. But if the parcel is lost due to the incorrect information from you, you should be responsible for all the loss.

6.What methods of payment do you accept?

Currently, we prefer to accept credit card as our main payment method because it is used widely for online business. More importantly, it is safe and secure for you.

7.What kind of currency do you accept?
At present, we can accept GB Pounds, U.S. Dollars, CAD, AUD and Euro.

8.How can I make returns or exchanges?
You can contact us by email - pandorabraceletscharmstheone@gmail.com. As a general rule, articles in saleable condition are accepted to be returned within 7 days or exchanged within 365 days on receipt. The customer should be responsible for any risks or loss if he or she return the items without communication with us. (Please refer to our return and refund policy or contact us directly for more specific information.)

9.Are you able to offer urgent delivery at my own expense?
The mode of transportation we adopt now is already the safest and fastest.

10.How should I take care of my silver?
Silver should be kept absolutely dry. If your silver is used frequently, keep it away from excessive exposure to air and store it in a tarnish-proof cloth such as the flannel pouch provided with your Euro Luxury silver or a silver storage box. Good storage boxes are lined with tarnish-proof fabric and have a separate space for each individual piece. If your climate is humid, place a small packet of desiccant crystals inside your storage area, whether it is a closed box or a flannel roll. Avoid contact with rubber bands or other rubber products.
